Returns & Refunds Policy

At ukselfiebooth, each item is made to order and many of our products are personalised. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on personalised items unless the error is our responsibility.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We will only offer a refund, replacement, or exchange if:

  • We have made a mistake with your order (for example, incorrect personalisation, the wrong item being sent, or a manufacturing fault).
  • Your item arrives damaged or defective.

If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item, including your order number and clear photographs where applicable. We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Customer Errors

Please ensure that all personalisation details, spelling, sizes, colours, and delivery information are correct before placing your order.

If you realise you have made a mistake after placing your order, please contact us immediately. If your order has not yet entered production, we will do our best to amend the details.

Once your order has entered production or has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes, and no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be offered for customer errors.
