Shipping Policy
We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Once your order has been made and is ready for dispatch, it will be shipped using one of the following services:
Delivery Options
- Standard Delivery: Most standard orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
- Express Delivery: Most express orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24.
Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the courier and are not guaranteed.
Alternative Couriers
Depending on the size, weight, or nature of your order, we may use an alternative courier service instead of Royal Mail. This allows us to ensure your order is delivered safely and efficiently.
Where applicable, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Processing Times
Please ensure you allow sufficient time when placing your order, particularly for personalised items which require production before dispatch.
We are not responsible for orders placed too close to a required date. Refunds will not be issued if an order does not arrive in time because it was placed too late, provided it has been dispatched within our stated processing times using the delivery service selected at checkout.
If you require an order by a specific date, we recommend contacting us before placing your order so we can advise whether we are able to meet your deadline.
